Frontend Development

HTML5, JavaScript, and CSS3 are my bread and butter. Expert in single web-page applications using AngularJS, jQuery, SASS and Backbone.js. Data visualization with D3.js. Testing with Karma/Jasmine and Protractor.

Backend Development

Python Django and NodeJS backends on PostgreSQL and MongoDB databases. Amazon AWS and Digital Ocean hosting environments. Virtualization using Vagrant and Docker. Continuous integration using Dokku, Fabric, and Jenkins. RESTFul APIs. Real-time messaging systems.

Software Architecture

Designed Websocket-based messaging systems, internal software development kits, and core APIs. Chose technology stacks for clients and layed out foundation for development.

Data Analysis

Eight years experience with data analysis combined as a physics undergraduate and PhD. Built automated experiments and continuous analysis scripts. Monte Carlo Simulations, Statistics, ROOT, Matlab, NumPy and custom C/C++ physics simulation programs.
